12 point, Times New Roman, left/right margins both 2.5cm, line spacing 1.5 Indicate at the top left hand corner of your paper:
YOUR NAME, NAME/S OF CO-AUTHOR/S, ORGANISATIONAL AFFILIATION/S, EMAIL ADDRESS/ES and the CONFERENCE STREAM that your are directing your paper to.
Papers can be submitted as pdf, doc, or docx files NOT txt files.
Please do not use capital letters in the TITLE of your paper unless they are proper nouns e.g. ‘Sydney’ ‘Elsa’ or quoted titles, or if it is the first word after a colon or hypen eg. ‘The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn’: Summary, analyses and quotations.

REGISTRATION
Participation is open to all individuals with an interest in organizational studies. Those who wish to attend the Conference should access the Conference website and fill in the online form. Each registrant must fill in a separate form. A clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Conference Managers. Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register, including Speakers, Chairpersons, and Delegates.   Registration Fee Conference Early Bird Registration $550 (closes 21 Aug 2015) Conference Standard Registration $800 Conference Student Registration $400   Payment of Fees Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received. Payment may be made:

Author Guidelines

Your short paper should comprise 3000-4000 words to be submitted by May 21, Sydney Time, 11:59pm, 2015. (The word count is inclusive of references, appendices and other material).
To allow adequate time for peer review this deadline will be adhered to.

The outline of the paper should include: an explanation as to the purpose of the paper, the theoretical background and the approach. Empirical papers should identify the methods of analysis. It is also valuable to be explicit about how your paper connects with the stream you are submitting it to and how it relates to the overall theme of the conference.

Entitlements

Conference Registration entitles delegates to the following: Entry to all sessions and trade exhibition, Name Badge, Satchel, Program Book, Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches, Welcome Reception. Conference Dinner ticket(s) available for purchase. Student Registration entitles delegates to the following: Entry to all sessions and trade exhibition, Name Badge, Satchel, Program Book, Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches, Welcome Reception. Conference Dinner ticket(s) available for purchase.

Welcome Reception:
Tuesday 8 December, time 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Level 4, Tower Building UTS (outside the Great Hall)

Conference Dinner:
Thursday 10 December, time 7:00pm to late, Level 7, Building 10, UTS, Aerial Function Centre.  Dinner tickets AUD$80.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers as per below:-

Registration Fees:
Cancellations before Monday 9 November 2015 will incur an AUD$100 administration fee.  After Monday 9 November 2015 there will be no refund.

Conference Dinner:
Payments are non-refundable after Monday 9 November 2015.

Entrance to Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a Name Badge on registration. The Badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and the Welcome Reception. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
